Everyone give a warm welcome to the mischievous Maverick! This little lad has only just come into us, he was originally bought online by a family unprepared to look after a puppy and he has come to us through no fault of his own. The poor lad doesn’t know why he’s had to move around so much but thankfully he’s now settling into kennels.

Maverick is your classic collie cross puppy, he’s so full of beans and is always ready to go! Unfortunately he’s not had anyone take the time to do any training (including house training) or enrichment with him so he sometimes doesn’t know what to with all of his energy. He’s a very clever & motivated boy so he’ll definitely pick up on training quickly, he just needs someone to give him a chance!

This loving little boy needs an active & experienced home (ideally a collie experienced home) who have the time to help him settle, the patience to train him, and lots of love!

Maverick has lived with cats previously and was just as excited about them as he is about everything else so he may be able to live with a dog-savvy cat. He’s been enthusiastic about meeting dogs so may be suitable to live with another dog provided they got along.

Maverick can’t wait until he has his own family & his own garden to play in, he’s just so full of love and needs the right home to give him this chance.
