The Bake Off Bunch *Applications not yet open*

Eclair : Black Domestic Shorthair (5-8 weeks old, female)

Choux : Grey Tabby Domestic Shorthair (5-8 weeks old, female)

Bakewell : Grey & Ginger Tabby Domestic Shorthair (5-8 weeks old, female)

Strudel : Grey & Ginger Domestic Longhair (5-8 weeks old, female)

Meet the bake off bunch, our very own star kittens! These little babies were found amongst broken glass and rubbish, under a skip in a factory shed. Even the workers could tell that they needed help, poor Choux couldn’t even open her eyes to see the dangers around her. Thankfully they called us, and we spent the next two days working hard to bring them home to safety and get them the medical care they needed.

Despite never having been handled, these sweethearts overcame their fear of people because they were so hungry they had no other choice. Choux & Eclair just wanted help, they let us pick them up as soon as we arrived. The others were more weary, and needed coaxing with food to be brought in. We managed to get Bakewell & Croissant (their mum) with our trap over the following few hours, but disaster struck as we weren’t able to get Strudel before the factory shut. With the help of the amazing staff, we were able to return the following day (even though the factory was shut) and little Strudel was sitting waiting for us. We were so relieved!

Now that they’re all safely reunited, they are enjoying lots & lots of food and loving snuggling in warm beds. These poor little kittens were all riddled with parasites when they came in, and Choux still needs a lot of attention to help her eyes recover, we’re hoping we got to her soon enough that she’ll make a full recovery.

Applications will open in the next couple of weeks once they’ve been vaccinated etc and are ready to meet their forever families so watch this space!
